Olivia Blashford has been singing since the fourth grade and never really stopped. Growing up with music-loving parents, she was surrounded by great tunes from the start, which only fueled her passion. She honed her craft at an arts-focused school in Delaware before earning a degree in music education at Shenandoah Conservatory. Because she couldn’t get enough, she’s now pursuing her masters of music education. Inspired by powerhouse vocalists like Janis Joplin, Nancy Wilson, and Lady Gaga, Olivia brings soul, grit, and a little theatrical flare to every performance. As one of the vocalists for the NonEssentialz, she proves the childhood passions can turn into careers (and great excuses to keep singing all the time).
